Elinore

Elinore is 8 years old and was surrendered to the Riverside Animal Shelter. Her former owner was losing her home and she could no longer keep her animals. Elinore was severely malnourished – weighing only 35 pounds. A bulldog her size should normally weigh 45-50 pounds. After several tests, it was determined that Elinore suffers from kidney problems. She is on vitamins, renal support supplements, special diet and should only drink distilled water. Elinore also has only one eye – which was removed due to untreated eye infection.

The cost to feed, care for and maintain Elinore is approximately $500 per month. Elinore is slowly gaining weight and getting healthier, but she still needs your help. Please consider sponsoring this beautiful, one–eyed, senior girl.
