One can not drive 5 blocks in the Antelope Valley without seeing "Bulldog Puppies for sale" signs plastered all over the place. It's high time that breeders are held responsible for situations such as this. They're trying to avoid fines? Please revoke any breeders permits/licenses that these people have. This is sad…and infuriating.
